KAMI machine-tool trade association, the largest supplier of industrial equipment in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, was founded in 1991.
When a group of machine-tool building enthusiasts has opened its first office in Moscow, the company was offering the widest range of woodworking machinery which was available at that time and at modest price, so that its customers were sure of their making profitable investment and getting immediate payback.
In 1993 KAMI-Tools department was founded to provide the customers with the machine tools.
In 2001 KAMI-Metal department was opened to provide for the metalworking equipment procurstrongent.
In 2006 KAMI-Package department was established, glass processing equipment procurstrongent being its main task.
After all these years the traditions of the original KAMI Company are still preserved by its numerous departments and representative offices. Exhibition halls accommodating a wide variety of woodworking, metal working and glass processing equipment are always ready to receive its customers in many cities of Russia and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries.

Company headquarters is located in the heart of Moscow within a two minutes’ walk from Elektrozavodskaya metro station and occupies the territory of about 3800 sq. meters.

Our company has a staff of 300 employees. To provide the nondelay maintenance the company has its own after-sales and warranty service center. The center employs 28 specialists, including 18 certified setup engineers with good practical skills at starting-up works, after-sales maintenance and warranty service of any kind of production equipment. Our engineers make more than 800 technician’s visits for the purpose of installation supervision at customers’ enterprises yearly.
We pay special attention to monitoring and control of our company’s own warehouse of spare part which accommodates over 5000 items of machine components and expendable materials allowing to continuously satisfy our customers’ manufacturing demands. Most spare parts are in stock and are ready for the delivery to our customers.
The main task of KAMI-Tool company department is supplying of the woodworking and glass processing equipment with cutting and grinding tools. Our experienced industrial engineers will choose the tools taking into account all the specifications of equipment, work material and final product type. Storage rooms and workrooms of this department occupy the territory of more than 1600 sq. meters. Our tooling warehouse which is the largest in Russia accommodates more than 1500 tooling items that are requested every day.
Every year we ship more than 40 thousand circular saws to our customers.
The equipment is shipped at KAMI Storage Complex which is located within a 15 minutes’ ride from company headquarters. The overall storage area constitutes 5 thousand sq. meters.
Our skilled strappers and mechanical engineers will perform a preliminary engineering inspection, check the packaging and provide for proper loading, placement and fastening of the machinery for the sake of delivery safety.
During the loading of the machinery you can enjoy the comfort of our customer room.
Every year more than 700 containers of equipment arrive at our warehouse. Every month KAMI Storage Complex accepts for storage and ships to its customers about 1500 industrial machines.
One more distinctive feature of KAMI Company is its reasonable price-formation policy. Reasonable prices are maintained thanks to both properly organized working relations with vendors and to domestic manufacture which includes:
- the production of drying chambers;
- the production of sawmill equipment;
- the production of joiner’s equipment;
- tool preparation and sharpening.
Every year our company produces 250 boiler plants using the production residue, sawdust and wood chips as fuel material.
Every month the tool preparation and sharpening section prepares and sharpens at least 10 thousand meters of band saws for our customers.
Our company manufactures about 100 drying chambers allowing to dry 12 thousand cubic meters of lumber yearly.
